- Subscription Overview
By subscribing to the Courtside Market Subscription Box, you agree to receive a curated collection of art and décor products delivered to your doorstep. Each box is curated and handcrafted by our team of designers and artisans to reflect the season’s trends, themes, holiday, and/or subject matter. Subscription frequency depends on the program selected—seasonal or holiday boxes ship every three months, while monthly subscription boxes ship once per month. - Billing & Payments
- Subscriptions are billed automatically based on the selected plan (monthly, quarterly, or annually).
- By subscribing, you authorize Courtside Market to charge your payment method on file until you cancel.
- All payments are non-refundable once processed.
- If your payment method fails, we will attempt to process the payment again. If the payment is not successfully processed within FIVE (5) days, your subscription may be paused or canceled. Courtside Market is not responsible for missed shipments due to payment failures.
- Shipping & Delivery
- Subscription boxes ship according to the schedule of the selected program.
- Shipping costs are specified within each program and will be charged as a flat fee unless otherwise noted.
- Subscribers are responsible for providing an accurate and up-to-date shipping address. Courtside Market is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages due to incorrect address entry. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
- Courtside Market is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Cancellations & Modifications
- You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
- Cancellations must be made through your account portal or by emailing customer service at subscriptionbox@courtsidemarket.com.
- Changes to shipping or billing information must be updated before the next renewal date.
- Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the curated nature of our subscription boxes, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.
- If an item arrives damaged, please contact us by email at boxsubscription@courtsidemarket.com within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
- Subscription Renewal & Termination
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled prior to the renewal date.
- Courtside Market reserves the right to modify or discontinue the subscription service at any time. If the program is discontinued, active subscribers will be notified and refunded for any unshipped boxes.
- Product Availability & Substitutions
- Due to our custom manufacturing process, we generally do not substitute products in our subscription boxes.
- In the unlikely event that a substitution is necessary, the replacement product will always be of equal or greater value and maintain the intended theme of the box.
- Limited Liability Disclaimer
- Courtside Market is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use or misuse of items included in the subscription box. Customers should follow all product instructions and use items responsibly.
- If you have known allergies or sensitivities to candles, please remain mindful that Courtside Market candles contain essential and fragrance oils that will yield aromas.
- Force Majeure (Unforeseen Events)
Courtside Market is not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war, labor disputes, government regulations, pandemics, or transportation disruptions. - Changes to Terms & Conditions
Courtside Market reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of any significant changes via email. - Contact Information
